Who we are

The ACT Consortium was a global research partnership of a number of eminent public health and academic institutions in Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States where our projects' Principal Investigators were based.

The Consortium's main decision-making body was our Steering Committee which consisted of a select group of Principal Investigators, elected by the larger body of Principal Investigators every year. 

The Expert Oversight Committee was an independant advisory body to the Steering Committee and the ACT Consortium as a whole.

The ACT Consortium was supported by the Directorate and Secretariat based at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, which was also home to the Consortium's Core Scientific Team.
