ACT Consortium Scientist Clare Chandler wins 2008 Woodruff Medal

The 2008 Woodruff Medal has been awarded to Clare Chandler (Supervisor Chris Whitty) for her thesis "The Context of Clinical Decision Making at Hospitals in Northeast Tanzania"

 

The Woodruff Medal is awarded annually to an outstanding research student completing a doctoral thesis, with preference given to clinical studies of patients and to work likely in the short term to lead to the alleviation of suffering in tropical or developing countries.
